Access consolidated PDF invoice files from a shared folder

• Read invoice no. and separate pages as per invoice no.
• Extract invoices and the corresponding page no. using OCR
• Merge pages for the same invoice no. and arrange them in ascending order
• Push all merge files into the ERP system by using API
• Create a detailed consolidated output file
• Send an email with the attached consolidated excel file.

Process Brief

It is appointed to drive accuracy and faster resolution in the ATS billing process. Various business processes were assessed, and an RPA bot solution was implemented in the billing process to optimize it. The integrated RPA bot helped to –

• Schedule to start the open order process
• Transfer data into an excel file and run open order report using the query
• Access JWLO and JWLS search portal  to download orders using LOAD IDs
• Append data for both portals and identify tours
• Delete tours based on rules and update the sheet
• Schedule NOC dispatch and identify TONU and No TONU
• Delete No TONU from batch upload messy
• Fill  information from batch upload messy such as ATS driver, carrier name, portal data, rate sheet, and other
• Save the updated loadable files on the folder and send EOD report via email
